We had a very prompt and professional response to our initial enquiry with Elmes Homecare. They were able to set up and advise on a care plan to meet our father’s needs, promptly matching a very good carer to suit. Since starting, the carer’s work has been of a high quality and she has made a positive impact to our father’s daily life already. Importantly they get on very well! We were also very impressed how helpful Elmes were in responding to a family request for some ‘one off’ additional help. They’re always willing to help solve any request. We will turn to them first for advice and any further help.
