Our Care Staff

sep

We understand that inviting someone into your or your loved one’s home is a big decision.

Our care professionals are handpicked for their kind, caring, patient nature and are trained to CQC expert standards. When we meet you, we’ll spend time getting to know you or your loved one, so that we can match your carer to your personality and individual needs as closely as possible.

With one-to-one support from our care professionals, you can feel reassured that the care you’ll receive will be safe, personal, discreet and of the highest quality — across Bromley, Beckenham and the surrounding South East London area.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England, inspects Elmes Homecare. You can read our current rating and the improvements we’ve made on our CQC rating page.

The Same Carer, Every Visit

We never send a care professional who hasn’t been introduced to you personally — no un-announced visits by carers you’ve never met. We feel this is vital to make sure you get the consistency you need, so you always know who’s coming through your door.

How We Select and Train Our Care Professionals

Every member of our care team is enhanced DBS-checked and trained to CQC expert standards before their first visit. Our recruitment process looks for kindness and patience first, then backs it up with structured induction, safeguarding training, and ongoing medication administration and moving and handling competencies, annual refresher training and even NVQ support — so you can trust the person supporting you or your loved one.
