The team visit three times a day to assist with mealtimes, morning and evening care, and ensure she is safe and comfortable throughout the day. They also support her with her medication, which has become increasingly important as she now gets a little confused — which gives us complete peace of mind. What really sets them apart is their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. They will even collect medication from the pharmacy if needed; nothing is ever too much trouble.

Every member of the team is caring, patient, and professional, and they treat my Nan with genuine dignity and respect. As a family, we feel incredibly reassured knowing she is in such safe hands. Elmes Homecare were absolutely fantastic in the care given to my late father. They cared for him for over 2 years, enabling him to stay in his own home at the ripe old age of 101. All carers and staff were so approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We as a family will be forever grateful.

We had a very prompt and professional response to our initial enquiry. They were able to set up and advise on a care plan to meet our father's needs, promptly matching a very good carer to suit.
