We support our clients to feel safe, secure and happy in their homes, with care tailored to individual needs — from a 30-minute pop-in call to regular scheduled visits or overnight care. We are active across the entire London Borough of Bromley and the southern part of the London Borough of Croydon, supporting clients in every town and village throughout that area.

Our care professionals are handpicked for their kind, caring and patient nature, with certificated training delivered by a qualified NVQ Level 5 trainer and annual competency reviews. Elmes Homecare spends time getting to know our clients, and we match carers to clients’ needs and personality as closely as possible — we never send a carer who hasn’t been introduced to you personally, so you always know who’s coming.

Staying safe also means staying connected. We actively support clients to remain part of their local community — accompanying them to GP and dental appointments, helping with shopping trips and leisure activities, and providing the kind of reliable, familiar presence that makes going out feel possible again. Whether that’s a trip to a surgery in Sydenham, a dental appointment in Sanderstead,  a walk with the dinosaurs in Crystal Palace Park or lunch in Beckenham or Sundridge, we are there for you.

Our bespoke care packages are tailored to each client’s individual needs and personality, helping you remain independent at home, in the place you know and love, for as long as you wish. Unlike a care home, there are no rules or central schedules to follow — we offer every support we can to help you maintain your independence and individuality.
