Welcome to Elmes Homecare. Our approach is to help clients to stay happy, stay safe and stay in their own homes
Getting older or having chronic health needs should not be barriers to having a full and enjoyable life. We support our clients to feel safe, secure and happy in their homes and will always offer the best possible care for the best possible price. Our home care support is tailored to clients’ individual needs, ranging from 30 minutes a week, pop in calls a few times a day, regular scheduled visits and overnight care. Care ranges from support for complex health needs to companionship.
Your health and wellbeing is paramount to us. We offer a variety of personal care and recuperation services, tailored to your needs. We understand that those needs can, and will, change and regularly assess the effectiveness of our care package for your ongoing health requirements.
Our care professionals are handpicked for their kind, caring and patient nature and are trained to CQC expert standards. Elmes Homecare spends time getting to know our clients, and we match our carers to clients’ needs and personality as closely as possible. We never send a care professional that hasn’t been introduced to you personally – no unannounced visits by carers you’ve never met. This is vitally important to make sure you get the consistency you need. With one-to-one support from our care professionals, you can feel reassured that the care you’ll receive will be safe, discreet, personal to you and of the highest quality. Elmes Homecare is proud to have a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Please click here to read the most recent report from the CQC on the care we offer our clients.
Stay in your own home
Our bespoke care packages are tailored to our clients’ individual needs and personalities, helping clients remain independent at home, in the place they know and love, for as long as they wish. Unlike a care home, there are no rules or central schedules to follow. We offer our clients every support we can to facilitate their independence and individuality.
