I highly recommend Elmes Homecare Ltd, having been a client for nearly three years now. They choose their staff well and work cooperatively with the client to maintain high standards in their levels of care and interpersonal relationships. This has been vital for us, as a family, as both our parents have dementia and one of them can’t communicate their needs. The carers are kind, respectful, observant and caring and issues are communicated to us if they arise. The office staff are friendly, helpful and do their best to be accommodating with any extra requests for help, which can sometimes be last minute. Overall, we feel able to trust in the care they provide, which gives enormous peace of mind and enables the family carers to maintain a life balance in challenging circumstances.
