When we meet you, we’ll spend time getting to know you or your loved one, so that we can match your carer to your personality and individual needs as closely as possible. We never send a care professional that hasn’t been introduced to you personally – no un-announced visits by carers you’ve never met. We feel this is vital to make sure you get the consistency you need.
