Our home care support is tailored to clients’ individual needs, ranging from 30 minutes a week, pop in calls a few times a day, regular scheduled visits and overnight care. Our care professionals are handpicked for their kind, caring and patient nature and are trained to CQC expert standards. Elmes Homecare spends time getting to know our clients, and we match our carers to clients’ needs and personality as closely as possible. We never send a care professional that hasn’t been introduced to you personally – no unannounced visits by carers you’ve never met. This is vitally important to make sure you get the consistency you need. With one-to-one support from our care professionals, you can feel reassured that the care you’ll receive will be safe, discreet, personal to you and of the highest quality.
