Elmes Homecare creates a bespoke care plan for every single client.
Our goal is to support clients to stay happy, stay safe and stay in their own homes. We meet with every client to understand their care needs and their individual personalities and preferences. Our team then tailors a bespoke care plan for each client that meets their requirements respectfully.
Sometimes a package may be a carer looking in each morning to ensure the client is ‘safe and well’ and start the day with a cup of tea and a chat. Sometimes the needs could be for around the clock support with our team of dedicated Care Assistants helping to bathe, dress, supervise medications, cook, clean, etc.
We can tailor specialised support packages for clients with dementia (Alzheimers, Lewy Body, Vascular and/or Frontotemporal), Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Motor Neurone Disease (MND), recovering from strokes or who need end of life / palliative care. Condition led care, with respect and discretion, greatly enhances lives. Our staff have specialised training to support clients with these and other conditions.
