Elmes Homecare were absolutely fantastic in the care given to my late father. They cared for him for over 2 years enabling him to stay in his own home at the ripe old age of 101. All carers and staff were so approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We as a family will be forever grateful.

We had a very prompt and professional response to our initial enquiry. They were able to set up and advise on a care plan to meet our father’s needs, promptly matching a very good carer to suit. Since starting, the carer’s work has been of a high quality and she has made a positive impact on our father’s daily life. They are always willing to help solve any request.

Everyone at Elmes showed such love and care to my aunt for three years. Her final weeks were difficult, but all the carers looked after her so well — they would stay on after their time finished just to sit with her. We couldn’t have found a more caring group.
